The Staff

"They say that people decide to become physical therapists after experiencing life-changing events. For me it was a car accident in 1984; I was crossing the street when a drunk driver hit me. After extensive physical therapy, I realized that I was fascinated with the human body and how it works, why it stops working and how to get it moving again... It was then that i switched my major to Physical Therapy.

"I opened Barrows Training and Education Physical Therapy soon after leaving school. Having my own clinic allows me to treat my patients as people, not injuries. Together with my team, I treat more than our patients' physical ailments... I intentionally treat the whole person. And just knowing that a person can walk out of our office and be completely rehabilitated is a good thing."
